Sample Fundraising Timeline
We suggest you allow at least 2 weeks for your team to sell items and 2 or 3 days for your administrator to compile all orders into the Administrator’s List to submit to Boryski’s Butcher Block. We require at minimum 12 days between when your list is submitted and your pick up date. An example timeline is as follows:
February 1st through 14th – Fundraisers sell items.
February 15th – Fundraisers to send lists and remit payments collected to the designated Team Administrator.
February 17th – Team Administrator sends Administrator’s List to Boryski’s Butcher Block.
March 1st – Pick up day.
